The rooms had a nice river view, but they were outdated and not very clean. The casino staff was friendly and helpful, making gaming enjoyable. Some elevators were out of service, causing longer wait times.

Clean rooms and decent casino atmosphere with several gaming options. Check-in was slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Parking can be a hassle. Nice views of the river, but the elevators were a bit outdated.

The rooms were really nice and clean! ! We had a great view of the river and comfy beds.
It was not cheap, but worth it for the experience.

Check-in was a breeze thanks to the super friendly staff! The room was cozy and clean, perfect after a fun night at the casino. I loved the close access to the riverwalk and all the fabulous entertainment options around!

The room had a comfortable temperature and plenty of space, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed was springy and hard with uncomfortable edges. I noticed dust on the lamp and dirt on the windows, which was disappointing. The shower was slippery and seemed dirty, detracting from the experience. The lack of a fridge was inconvenient, and having the coffee maker in the bathroom felt unclean. The smell of smoke was strong, and the noise from the casino made it difficult to relax. there were many aspects that could use improvement.

pleasant experience, pleasant staff with friendly interactions that made us feel welcomed and a clean room that provided all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.
Loved every thing.

I couldn’t believe how rundown the place was. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the whole facility reeked of smoke and sewage. Definitely not somewhere I’d want to stay again. Super disappointing!

An oasis in the desert, yet disappointing. Check-in was smooth. The room? Lacked cleanliness. Showering was impossible—cold water forced us to sponge bath. Filthy tub, stained sink area, and fraying carpets caught my eye. Graffiti on a hair dryer? The location is convenient, and valet staff were prompt. I enjoyed the riverside walkway and the Italian sandwich shop. But the loud casino music and poor dining experience at Denny's soured my visit. The donuts from Pink Box were stale and overpriced. Freshness matters. This place demands a major renovation, not little touch-ups. With so many options available, I expected better for the price.

Huge casino with mad table games and slots, right by the stunning Colorado River. Rooms were low-key dope, views of the pool were lit, and check-in was smooth AF. Beds were comfy, automatic coffee hit the spot, and Denny's was clutch.
Just wish they had a lit rooftop bar for us party animals to turn up at night properly.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the convenient location right in the heart of the casino. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view, making our stay pleasant. Additionally, the hamburger restaurant served delicious food, adding to the enjoyable experience.
We were disappointed by the lack of certain amenities in the room, such as a microwave or refrigerator. The check-in process was not as informative as expected, causing confusion about parking.

The restaurants were decent, and my room had a nice view of the river instead of the parking lot. The bed was comfy, and the price was fair for what was offered.
The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. From check-in to check-out, we experienced poor customer service.

I indulged in gourmet cuisine at Stockman's Steakhouse, enjoyed a relaxing dinner, and chilled in the hot tub. The hotel is upbeat, with a casino, poolside bar, and cool restaurants. I felt safe strolling around at night by the riverwalk.
Oh, just loved waiting forever and being blessed with a charming kiosk-checkout experience.

So, my experience at The Edgewater was a bit of a mixed bag. One thing I appreciated was the convenient location – it's right near everything you might need and has some tasty food options inside. On the downside, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. Dust everywhere, water spots on the sinks, and even hair in the shower – not exactly what you want to see when you walk in. The worn-out facility could definitely use some updating. The constant noise from the bathroom fan and the uncomfortable bed didn't help with getting a good night's sleep either. there were some surprises when it came to pricing. The staff was a bit rude and unaccommodating, and the whole resort fee situation with the closed pool was a letdown as well. All in all, there were some positives like the friendly staff and great location, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and transparency with pricing.

Our family had a fantastic time at the hotel and casino with a large gaming area filled with endless fun. Centrally located along the picturesque Colorado River, the hotel offered a budget-friendly experience for families to enjoy the lively atmosphere.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by adding more kid-friendly activities.

Friendly front desk staff and late-night gift shop attendant. Short distance to rooms and upgraded, secure accommodations.
Felt fine, no complaint.

We had an amazing time as young guests at this Laughlin hotel. The views of the river were breathtaking, and the pool and hot tub area were fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were high quality. The hotel had great amenities like an arcade for the kids and a water taxi pick up spot. The location was ideal, with easy access to other hotels/casinos and nearby attractions like Bullhead City and Lake Mohave.
Our non-smoking room request was not fulfilled upon check-in. This was a slight disappointment.

we stayed at the Edgewater Hotel And Casino for four days and had a very fun time. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bed was firm just the way we like it, the cleaning service was prompt and very trusting, and the pool and Jacuzzi area was clean with plenty of pool towels available. the A/C worked great, and we received free coffee coupons for each day of our stay. the elevator "spoke to us," letting us know where it was going and what floor we were on.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair 😊
